RESEARCH USE PURCHASER AGREEMENT & ACKNOWLEDGMENT

IMPORTANT — EXECUTION OF THIS AGREEMENT IS A CONDITION OF SALE

DC Research, LLC (“DC Research”) will not sell, transfer, or provide research products to any purchaser who does not accept this Agreement. By signing or electronically accepting this Agreement, I acknowledge, represent, warrant, and agree as follows:

RESEARCH USE ONLY

I understand that all products supplied by DC Research are offered solely for legitimate laboratory, analytical, educational, or scientific research purposes. Products are NOT FOR HUMAN OR VETERINARY CONSUMPTION OR USE and are not sold or represented by DC Research as drugs, medications, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, medical devices, or treatments. I certify that I am 18 years of age or older, legally capable of entering into this Agreement, and purchasing these products for lawful research purposes. I will not ingest, inject, administer, apply, or otherwise use any DC Research product on or in myself, another person, or an animal.

PURCHASER REPRESENTATIONS

I expressly represent that I am not purchasing any DC Research product for personal consumption, self-administration, weight management, bodybuilding, performance enhancement, disease prevention or treatment, therapeutic use, or any other human or veterinary purpose. I certify that all information and representations I provide to DC Research concerning the intended use of its products are truthful and accurate. I understand that DC Research is relying upon these representations in deciding whether to accept my order. DC Research reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any transaction when it reasonably believes a product is being purchased for an unauthorized, unlawful, human, or veterinary purpose, regardless of whether this Agreement has been accepted.

NO MEDICAL OR USAGE ADVICE

I understand that DC Research does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, dosing instructions, administration instructions, or guidance concerning human or veterinary use. Nothing provided by DC Research or its employees, representatives, websites, labels, product materials, or communications constitutes authorization or instruction for human or veterinary use.

RESPONSIBILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I acknowledge that research chemicals may have known and unknown hazards and may not have been evaluated or approved for human or veterinary use. I accept full responsibility for the lawful purchase, possession, handling, storage, transportation, research, and disposal of products purchased from DC Research. I represent that I possess, or will obtain, the knowledge, facilities, equipment, procedures, and safeguards appropriate for the research materials purchased and will comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

RELEASE, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, I voluntarily assume the risks associated with my possession, handling, storage, research, or other use of products purchased from DC Research. I agree that DC Research, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives shall not be responsible for injury, loss, damage, claim, cost, or expense resulting from my unauthorized, improper, unlawful, negligent, or non-research use of any product. I further agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DC Research, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from my violation of this Agreement, misuse of the products, unlawful conduct, or use contrary to their stated research-only purpose. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to waive or limit any liability or right that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.

ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE & ORDER RECORD

I agree that checking an acceptance box, entering an electronic signature or initials, clicking an acceptance button, or otherwise affirmatively accepting this Agreement electronically constitutes my signature and agreement to these terms. I consent to DC Research maintaining an electronic record of my acceptance, including the date and time, applicable order number, and agreement version. My electronic acceptance has the same intended effect as my handwritten signature.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By checking the box, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted this entire Agreement. I understand that my purchase is being accepted by DC Research in reliance upon my representations. This Agreement applies to the transaction associated with my acceptance and may remain applicable to subsequent purchases unless DC Research requires acceptance of a new or revised version.
