RESEARCH USE ONLY

All products offered by DC Research are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes only.

Products are not intended for human consumption, medical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or veterinary use.

By purchasing from DC Research, you represent that you are purchasing the products solely for legitimate research purposes and that you understand the importance of proper handling, storage, use, and disposal of research materials.

You assume responsibility for determining whether possession, purchase, handling, and use of a particular product is permitted under the laws and regulations applicable to you.

DC Research does not provide medical advice, treatment recommendations, dosing instructions, or guidance for human or veterinary administration.

AGE REQUIREMENT

By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

ORDERING

By submitting an order, you confirm that:

Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance.

PAYMENTS

Orders must be successfully paid before fulfillment unless separate payment terms have been expressly authorized by DC Research.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. DC Research does not directly store complete payment-card information when payment information is handled by an authorized third-party processor.

Any applicable processing fees, shipping charges, taxes, or other charges will be disclosed during checkout when required.

DC Research reserves the right to cancel or hold orders when payment cannot be verified or when a transaction is identified as potentially fraudulent or unauthorized.

SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

We strive to process orders promptly. Processing and delivery estimates displayed by DC Research are estimates and are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping times may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, order volume, and circumstances outside the reasonable control of DC Research.

Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, carrier delays may be outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

DC Research is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Customers are also responsible for determining whether products may lawfully be shipped to, purchased, possessed, or imported into their jurisdiction.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & PRODUCT ISSUES

Due to the nature of the research products sold by DC Research, all sales are final.

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing an item, you must contact DC Research within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

DC Research may require photographs of the product, packaging, shipping materials, labels, and other information reasonably necessary to investigate the claim.

Do not discard products or packaging associated with a claim until the matter has been resolved.

When DC Research verifies that an error or qualifying product issue occurred, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate under the circumstances.

Products that have been improperly stored, handled, altered, transferred, contaminated, reconstituted, or otherwise compromised after delivery may not qualify for replacement, credit, or refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

PRODUCT INFORMATION & THIRD-PARTY TESTING

DC Research may provide product specifications, testing documentation, Certificates of Analysis (“COAs”), or other research information for certain products or batches.

Testing information applies to the particular samples, lots, or batches identified in the applicable documentation and should not be interpreted as a medical, therapeutic, or safety claim.

Product descriptions and research information are provided for informational and research purposes only.

PRODUCT HANDLING

Customers are solely responsible for appropriate laboratory handling, storage, transportation, security, and disposal of products after delivery.

DC Research cannot guarantee product integrity following improper storage, handling, contamination, alteration, transfer, reconstitution, or other actions occurring after the product has been delivered.

NO MEDICAL ADVICE

Nothing provided by DC Research through its website, product descriptions, customer service, marketing materials, educational materials, social media, or other communications should be interpreted as medical advice.

No information provided by DC Research is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Questions regarding personal health or medical treatment should be directed to an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

PROHIBITED USE
