Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of the research products sold by DC Research, all sales are final once an order has been placed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide refunds for change of mind, ordering the incorrect product or quantity, failure to review product information before purchase, or other circumstances outside the control of DC Research.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed your order and agree to this policy.

Please carefully review all product names, quantities, specifications, shipping information, and pricing before submitting your order.

Product Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing an item, contact DC Research within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

Claims must include:

* Order number
* Description of the issue
* Clear photographs of the product and packaging
* Any additional documentation reasonably requested to verify the claim

Do not discard the product, vial, packaging, shipping materials, or labels until the claim has been resolved.

Approved claims will be handled at the discretion of DC Research through replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Product Handling

DC Research cannot guarantee the condition, stability, or integrity of a product after delivery when it has been improperly stored, handled, reconstituted, transferred, altered, contaminated, or otherwise used contrary to appropriate laboratory practices.

Claims resulting from improper handling, storage, reconstitution, contamination, or use of third-party materials are not eligible for replacement, credit, or refund.

Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

DC Research is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, or other carrier-related circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If tracking indicates an order was delivered but the package cannot be located, please contact the carrier and DC Research promptly so the matter can be reviewed.

Order Errors & Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or experienced a technical checkout error, contact DC Research within 7 days of the transaction so we can investigate and correct any verified error.

Research Use Only

All products offered by DC Research are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes only and are not intended for human consumption, medical treatment, diagnosis, prevention, or therapeutic use.

Purchasers are responsible for ensuring that products are purchased, possessed, handled, and used in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional requirements.

By placing an order with DC Research, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund, Return & Product Issue Policy.

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
